Enhancements to Transactions Journal Report (Dynamic)

The following enhancements have been made to the Transactions Journal Report (Dynamic):

• The Account Type report generation parameter is made an optional field.

  • No account types are selected by default.

  • When users generate the report without selecting an account type, the report displays records for all account types.

• The Transaction Type report generation parameter is made an optional field.

  • No transaction types are selected by default.

  • When users generate the report without selecting a transaction type, the report displays records for all transaction types.

• The Run button will be enabled for selection even when users do not select values for the Account Type and Transaction Type fields.

• A new field, Transaction Items, is added as a report generation parameter.

  • It is a multi-select drop-down list that displays all the transaction items available at the property.

  • No items are selected by default. When users generate the report without selecting an item, the report displays records for all the items.

  • Users can generate the report for the selected transaction items and print the report or download the report as a CSV or PDF file for the selected items.

    • The records in the printed report of the downloaded file will be displayed for the selected transaction items.
